We reserve the right to add, remove, modify, postpone, or discontinue any product, class, workshop, or service at any time without notice.

Workshop & Class Bookings

Bookings for workshops, classes, and events must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Spaces may be limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Some workshops may have age restrictions, supervision requirements, or safety guidance which must be followed at all times.

Participants are responsible for informing us of any allergies, medical conditions, injuries, or additional support needs before attending any workshop involving food preparation, fragrances, chemicals, tools, heat, crafting equipment, or similar materials.

Safety & Participation

By attending any class, workshop, or event, participants acknowledge that certain activities may involve tools, heated equipment, sharp objects, crafting materials, food preparation equipment, chemicals, fragrances, waxes, resins, sewing machines, or allergens.

Participants attend and take part at their own risk.

The Green Tin Shed accepts no responsibility for injury, allergic reaction, loss, damage, or accidents resulting from:

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Misuse of tools or materials

  • Undisclosed allergies or medical conditions

  • Unsafe behaviour during workshops or classes

Parents or guardians remain responsible for children attending classes unless specifically stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove anyone behaving in an unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate manner without refund.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Some products may be handmade, personalised, custom-made, or made to order and may take up to 4 weeks for completion and delivery.

Once work has begun on personalised or custom-made items, orders cannot usually be cancelled or refunded unless faulty.

Please ensure all personalisation details and shipping information are entered correctly before placing your order.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched or bookings confirmed.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch physical orders within the timescales stated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect customer information.

International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes applied by their country.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you experience an issue with your order.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition where possible.

Personalised, custom-made, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Workshop and class cancellations may be non-refundable if cancelled within a specified timeframe before the event. Where possible, we may offer transfers or rescheduling at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, images, workshop materials, class content, text, graphics, and product designs, remains the property of The Green Tin Shed unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
