Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note that some items are custom-made or made to order. These products may take up to 4 weeks to be created, processed, and delivered. Estimated times will be noted on the individual product listing where applicable.

We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience with handmade and personalised items.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

• Tracked/Express Shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

International Shipping

We may offer shipping to selected countries within the EU and the USA.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 5–14 business days

• USA: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times for custom or made-to-order items may be longer.

International delivery times can also vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges applied by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Where available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, delayed, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses.
